Lowest technical complexity
The assessment object is easy to explain and the side-by-side journey model supports a lower single and annual fee.
Pricing and licences
The proposed prices place the products above automated scanners and template audits, but below broad enterprise governance platforms and bespoke legal review.
| Product | Public demonstration | Single-assessment licence | Organisation licence |
|---|---|---|---|
| PARITY | Free | £395 + VAT | £7,500 per year + VAT |
| MIRROR | Free | £695 + VAT | £12,500 per year + VAT |
| MOMENT | Free | £495 + VAT | £9,500 per year + VAT |
| Deceptive Design Suite | Three fictional demonstrations | Individual licences purchased separately | £22,500 per year + VAT |
Each free demonstration uses complete fictional facts. Users can inspect the method, change selected answers and generate a watermarked sample record. The demonstration must not accept confidential facts or support a live organisational decision.
One named licensee may complete one bounded assessment during a 120-day completion period.
| Product | Assessment object | Included scope |
|---|---|---|
| PARITY | One service and version | Up to three matched pathway pairs |
| MIRROR | One service and defined journey | Up to five conditions and twelve variants |
| MOMENT | One product or service and one use case | Up to six vulnerability-event scenarios |
The licence includes local save and reopen, structured reasoning, PDF export and a reusable JSON project file. It does not include professional review, group-company use, external client work or reuse for a second assessment object.
The annual licence permits repeated internal use by employees and authorised contractors of one named legal entity. It includes unlimited internal users and assessments, methodology updates during the term, standard profiles as released, internal reporting and priority product support.
Parents, subsidiaries, portfolio companies, association members, clients and other legal entities do not receive rights automatically. Group, adviser, consultancy, audit, white-label and external-client licences require separate terms.
The assessment object is easy to explain and the side-by-side journey model supports a lower single and annual fee.
Conditional pathways, variant registers, graph comparison and imported experiment evidence support the highest annual fee.
The methodology carries a strong intellectual-property position but uses a more bounded local scenario engine than MIRROR.
Public market prices show two adjacent categories. Automated compliance scanners sit at the low end. Rootlayer currently lists a free tier, a £19 monthly plan and a £99 monthly agency plan. Fixed-scope dark-pattern audits also sit in the low hundreds: FTCProof lists US-focused audits at $297, $597 and $997.
Experimentation platforms occupy a higher recurring band. Varify lists annual-billing plans from €199 per month, with higher tiers at €249 and enterprise pricing from €499 per month. Those platforms run experiments; the DigiData products govern the legal and consumer-fairness decision around the journey, variant or vulnerability event.
The proposed prices therefore reflect a specialist, evidence-led methodology that generates a reusable professional record without claiming to offer continuous enterprise monitoring.
Public price pages checked on 16 August 2026. Comparable products differ materially in scope, jurisdiction, automation and service content.
The three organisation licences total £29,500 when purchased separately. The suite fee of £22,500 provides an approximate 24 per cent portfolio discount while preserving a meaningful premium over any single product.
Per-seat pricing would work against the intended governance model. Legal, product, design, data science, customer operations, safety and audit teams must contribute to the same record. The organisation licence should encourage that participation rather than ration it.
