DigiData is a specialist company, not a directory of interchangeable advisers.
The company is led by Dr M.R. Leiser and built around a simple proposition: difficult digital-regulation work improves when one accountable lead can assemble and integrate the right expertise around the actual problem.
A company defined by the work it can carry.
DigiData Consulting Ltd provides independent technology-law and regulatory-strategy services across AI, data protection, platform regulation, digital fairness, child safety, digital markets and institutional design.
The company model combines a clear point of accountability with a flexible expert architecture. Some assignments require focused legal analysis. Others need technologists, behavioural scientists, economists, designers, sector specialists or public-policy practitioners. DigiData brings those contributions into one method and one output rather than asking the client to reconcile separate disciplines.
This structure is particularly suited to independent studies, regulatory submissions, flagship policy work, expert evidence, strategic briefings and difficult implementation questions that sit across legal regimes or institutional mandates.
project lead
Expertise is assembled. Responsibility is not dispersed.
DigiData assembles purpose-built teams from a trusted international network of legal scholars, regulatory specialists, technologists, economists, behavioural researchers, designers, child-rights experts and sector specialists. Each team is configured around the problem rather than a permanent consultancy hierarchy.
DigiData defines the analytical architecture, selects and coordinates the necessary expertise, and retains responsibility for the coherence, quality and delivery of the work.
Legal academics, practising lawyers, technologists, behavioural experts, economists, designers and policy professionals.
The team expands only where the subject, evidence or audience requires it.
Each contribution is tested against the same question, standard and final position.
