Now in pilot
Before you ship the change, know what else it changes.
Compares an approved system with a proposed release and identifies what must reopen.
Next build
Test the design before it tests the user.
Reviews experiments, personalised interfaces and choice architecture before release.
Planned
See where AI really shapes the decision.
Maps how AI filters, ranks, recommends, defaults and affects human judgement.
Planned
Know what the system claims to know.
Registers inferred propositions, targets, relationships, confidence and consequence.
Planned
Make redress real, not merely available.
Tests notification, explanation, review authority, escalation and remedy.
The lifecycle
FAIRTEST governs the design before release. INFLUENCE maps how the system shapes a decision. INFER records what the system derives about people. CONTEST tests whether a person can challenge the outcome. DELTA reopens the relevant record when the model, purpose, data, interface, population or control environment changes.
Common access model
Each product will use a free fictional demonstration, a paid single-assessment licence and an annual organisation licence. That structure lets a buyer understand the method before paying, purchase one decision without an enterprise contract, or embed the tool into recurring governance.
Future suite licence
Proposed organisation suite fee: £32,500 per year + VAT.
The licence would cover one named legal entity’s internal use of all five products, shared portfolio records, cross-product reassessment triggers, standard updates and standard sector profiles.
