Outputs

A release decision you can reconstruct.

DELTA produces a concise decision for senior review and a detailed record for the people who must act on it.

Four core records

Each output has a job.

01

Change Record

Names the approved baseline, proposed release and material version-to-version differences.

Use it for:

release review, audit trail, change advisory boards and supplier discussions.

02

Reassessment Map

Identifies the classifications, assessments, tests, controls, notices and approvals that the change affects.

Use it for:

work allocation, scoping and avoiding unnecessary repetition.

03

Release Route

States the provisional outcome, principal reasons, evidence gaps and release conditions.

Use it for:

authorisation, escalation and board or committee review.

04

Action Register

Assigns owners, deadlines, evidence needs and events that will trigger another assessment.

Use it for:

remediation, follow-up and lifecycle governance.

First page

The decision before the detail.

The report opens with the route, versions, decision owner, reasons, affected modules, conditions and reassessment triggers. A senior reviewer should not need to search through the questionnaire to understand the decision.

Deployment hold

Do not release until the organisation resolves the blocking issues and records formal authority.

Detailed reasoning record

The result must remain inspectable.

The full record preserves the facts and reasoning beneath the first page. It includes the assessment context, both version descriptions, recorded trigger answers, principal reasons, reassessment modules, evidence gaps, assessor recommendation, final authority and methodological limitation.

DELTA does not hide a legal conclusion inside a score. The report tells the reader which facts drove the route.

Portable by design

Readable by people. Reusable by systems.

The PDF supports review, approval and audit. The JSON file preserves the structured assessment for local storage, later revision, organisational records or future integration.

What the report does not prove

A complete record is not a compliance certificate.

The report records the organisation’s structured assessment using the selected rule pack and entered facts. It does not prove that those facts are complete, that the evidence is technically valid or that the final decision complies with every applicable law.

Independent review remains available as a separate professional service where the organisation needs challenge, assurance or interpretation.
