Current status

This is a pre-launch prototype. It has been checked through static validation and browser review at desktop, mobile and narrow reflow widths. DigiData does not yet make an unqualified claim of full WCAG conformance because live hosting behaviour, email delivery, third-party destinations and downloadable publications require final post-deployment checks.

Measures included

  • A skip link and semantic page landmarks.
  • One clear page heading and a logical heading hierarchy.
  • Keyboard-operable menus, filters and form controls.
  • Visible focus indicators and no intentional keyboard traps.
  • Responsive content using the same HTML and URLs across screen sizes.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and concise institutional labels beneath compact logos.
  • Colour contrast designed for normal and large text.
  • Support for browser zoom, narrow reflow and reduced-motion preferences.
  • Form labels, file instructions, autocomplete attributes and accessible status messages.

Known limitations

Some downloadable PDFs were created for earlier projects and may not meet the same accessibility standard as the website. External sites are outside DigiData’s control. Long-form Insights pages contain complex legal analysis, diagrams and references that may need document-specific alternatives for some readers.

Feedback and alternative formats

Report an accessibility problem or request a publication in another reasonable format by emailing enquiries@digidata.uk. Identify the page or document and the format or assistance required.

Testing after deployment

The launch checklist requires keyboard, zoom, mobile, screen-reader spot checks and re-testing of the hosted contact form before the public switch-over.
